The second talk since we started the urban park project, tetawowe atelier invited three studios which is Studio Bikin, Studio Mentah Matter and Studio Karya to come and share one of their collaborate park project with us. With the collaboration between Studio Bikin, Mentah Matter and Karya, there was an ongoing project named Imbi Pocket Parks, a landscape architecture project, which is quite similar and relate to our current park project. The Imbi Pocket Parks is a composition of three parks, planned to link three of them together and form a linear park design.

Throughout the talk shared by three studios together, we've known that planning a landscape park isn't that easy as we need to go through several stage, for example we need the community and residence to agree with the change, get approval from the related authorities and etc. They also clearly explained that how they gone through the design process and concept, which are very useful for us. Few design tips also shared by them throughout the sharing session. Indeed, they ignite our spirit and boost up our confident on proceeding the PJ park project.

The talk session, by speakers from respective studios. We were thankful and appreciated to have such opportunity.

Mr. Wong Wei Ping, one of the director of Tetawowe Atelier, propose some question and discuss about the problem faced by Imbi Pocket Parks during the talk with speakers.

Group photo was taken after the talk, together with the speakers, Tetawowe Atelier and LPPL members, also with UCSI students.

After a lunch break, each group presented some ideas and ways of improvement on each site by showing axonometric drawings and some additional findings. By getting feedback and comments from Mr. Wong Wei Ping and Mr. Tey Tat Sing, we learnt from the mistakes and have a clearer direction for the next step.

A fruitful day indeed!
